EXTRUDE-TITE 2000

The EXTRUDE-TITE 2000 has been specially developed for joining thin sheet metal. Thanks to the special combination of geometry between the pilot hole and the tip of the fastener, the screw forms its own threaded sleeve as it is inserted.

This further development of the already well-known EXTRUDE-TITE has a trilobular (polygonal), TAPTITE 2000 thread-section, which provides extremely robust mating between the fastener and the substrate.
