Sorting and packing

These days, more and more parts are subject to automatic assembly. Foreign bodies and non-conforming parts can quickly lead to line stops. What's more, faulty and incorrect parts can affect the function and safety of critical components. That's why the concept of zero ppm is central to SFS intec thinking.

Modern equipment enables a 100% attribute test to be carried out on a range of critical features. Complete parts can be packed in sealed labelled units.


With ppm we are talking about parts per million!


Packing

The up-to-date infrastructure at the SFS intec packing centre offers customer benefit in the form of individually packed and labelled deliveries to customers' specific requirements.



Alongside standard packaging, SFS intec offers its customers:
  • PE plastic bags; with or without integrated corrosion protection
  • customer return packaging
  • arrangement of any special packaging requirements
