Over 50% of machine tools are equipped with indexible cutting tools held in place with screws. Notwithstanding the manufacturers' efforts to improve the tools' strength, millions of them still have to be replaced every day. Supplying users with new WSP's and the matching clamping screws and fixtures calls for a highly refined logistics concept.

High tensile precision fasteners from SFS intec are packed directly they pass from the manufacturing machine via the inspection unit, according to specific customer requirements. An almost limitless range of individual wishes can be met.

For example, in addition to the quantity in the pack, details of things like order number, reference number, barcodes date of manufacture, customer's logo, batch number, screw designation and even thread size can be included.

SFS intec is attuned to the individual wishes and needs of its customers.

Unlike the usual mass production packing of screws in loose boxes, our fasteners are individually packed. Our own packing unit, developed in-house, enables different quantities to be packed in handy poly bags.

These are in turn labelled exactly to customer wishes and either held on stock or delivered as required.
