Electricity, natural gas, various technical process gases and small amounts of heating oil for redundancy supply are used by SFS.
Energy management has a long tradition at SFS. Energy efficiency is one of the ongoing tasks of Technical Services. SFS has been a member of the St. Gall - Appenzell group of the Business Energy Agency since 1999.
