Coupling purlins using System WT

The newly-developed System WT, consisting of application-specific fasteners and the special setting tool ZL-WT, allows further cost-savings to be generated.

As against conventional methods, the connection is produced in one single operation; without pre-drilling.

A single operator can produce jointed purlins.

The arrangement of the WT fasteners results in optimum static roof loading. They also offer permanent resistance to expansion and contraction in the timbers.

Easy assembly with the ZL-WT setting tool

The ZL-WT tool was developed with the operator in mind. The design affords easy use even in awkward working positions.

The unit is light-weight and clamps the purlins to be joined cleanly together.

The optimum guidance of the power tool is guaranteed, and any torque is readily taken up. So the operator is able to fix every fastener in the right position from first to last
