The economic manufacture of complex tool sets can only be achieved with knowledge of the application and its corresponding requirements and carbide, SFS intec can carry out all the necessary tool production steps, including heat treatment, in our own in-house toolroom.



Every SFS intec production plant features an in-house toolroom. That means flexibility, responsiveness and a rapid response to change.




Multi-station press tooling

More than one hundred individual tool elements make up the complete tool set for a multi-station press. The manufacturing engineering preparations will ensure that the deformation of the part concerned is evenly distributed among the various tools involved in manufacture.
