SFS intec offers colour head fasteners - complete with coloured washers. Our colour matching solution for all fasteners is to lacquer the head and washer face a dry polyester powder which is then electrostatically baked on the head and washer face of the fastener.
The lacquered head from ensures a permanent colour match and removes the danger of loose post fixed colour caps becoming detached, leading to unsightly staining of the sheet.
Additionally lacquered head fasteners provide greater corrosion resistance to the head of the fastener than carbon steel fasteners with loose colour caps.
