The SFS intec EXTRUDE-TITE® 2000™ has been specially designed for thin plate. no need to pre-form a sleeve powerful load-bearing thread low insertion depth thanks to the special tips EXTRUDE-TITE® 2000™ enables light self-centring and the formation of a threaded sleeve in a single operation.

SFS intec EXTRUDE-TITE® 2000™ fasteners form their own through-bore as they are screwed into thin plate.



New with EXTRUDE-TITE® 2000™:

The radius profile of the tried and trusted TAPTITE 2000® has been taken over. Combining this form with the trilobular section reduces the insertion torque even further.

The EXTRUDE-TITE® 2000™ features a conical profile under the head. A matching clamping washer reduces the over-tightening torque enormously, so the gap between normal insertion torque and over-tightening torque is widened and assembly becomes quicker and easier.
