|
Material:
spike D-S and DL-S:
spike D:
spike DL:
Stress plates: | | stainless steel, austenitic grade 316 (grade 1.4401 European Standard)
heat treated carbon steel with Durocoat corrosion protection
heat treated carbon steel, zinc plated
Aluzinc coated steel |
Applications:
For fastening membranes and insulation to solid, dense concrete of minimum B25 grade (25 N/mm² compressive strength).
Recommended design load:
With IRD 82 x 40 stress plate 500 N per fastener when reinforced membranes are used, otherwise 400 N max.
On-site pull-out tests required to confirm performance, if concrete quality is unknown.
The design load can vary for each roof system. Please check with the membrane manufacturers’ data.
Simple installation - consistent performance:
- One-piece anchor
- Fast "Drill and Drive" installation
- Vibration resistant
- temperature resistant
