The component geometry dictates the tool design. Supported by 3D CAD and FEM software, we are able to simulate complex multi-station deep drawing processes during the tool concept phase.
The required tooling concepts are produced in our own in-house tool room using CAD/CAM technology. Whether succession tooling or transfer tooling is required, we build them ourselves, optimising them for maximum series productivity.
