Verification programme

• Routine checks performed at six-month, annual or 3-year intervals, depending on the standard, plus review audits by the certification organisation (SQS) and the regular customer audits monitor compliance with the quality, environment and safety targets which have been set. Verification of legal compliance is also included in this procedure.

• In addition to this, regular tours of inspection are made with the individual members of the E+S Committee. These tours are conducted as internal audits in the context of ISO 14001.

• A detailed report is drawn up for the QES annual management review with a list of environment and safety targets and measures and a self-assessment of eco-efficiency
  (20 indicators, öbu). The achievement of targets is thus regularly verified and corrective action initiated if necessary, while at the same time appropriately specifying the annual targets.

• Safety aspects are regularly reviewed in the context of workplace and system audits.
