The basis for fault-free products
We utilise the 3D-CAD software Visi-CAD to design our moulds. This enables comprehensive data control from the initial concept through to mould design. Thanks to CAD/CAM software solutions, the same data is used in programming the machine tools in our tool shop.
The parts of the mould creating the product shape are produced by either direct high speed cutting or by wire or spark erosion.
