CASH business magazine together with GfK Trustmark AG presented the Employers’ Award to the 25 top-ranked companies for the seventh time on October 17, 2007.
With the Employers’ Award the CASH Group offers companies with more than 100 employees a unique, comprehensive and economical opportunity to conduct a personnel survey. Companies which participate receive a soundly based analysis of their own results, a comparison with all companies taking part and also a comparison with their industrial sector. The survey is the only one of its kind in Switzerland in which employees assess their own company.
92 companies from a wide variety of business sectors took part in the CASH Employers’ Award 2007. 50 734 employees completed the questionnaire rating the quality of their own employer.
Biral AG in Münsingen was acclaimed as the company with the best ratings.
The Special Award for 2007 was presented to the best large company among those taking part. It was conferred on SFS Holding AG in Heerbrugg.
The SFS Group with all its sites in Switzerland took part in this survey for the fifth time.
This result represents a distinction for all employees in line with the company’s corporate principles and we are pleased with this achievement. Corporate culture is shaped by all employees and urges us all to continue to care for our company and work together in a spirit of helpfulness and mutual respect.
