High productivity and constant quality
Ingenious solutions have been developed employing a high degree of automation for a number of customer projects. By using process-integrated automation, (the automation system is linked to the injection moulding machine), non-value adding operations are eliminated.
Completely automated assembly processes enable mass production of parts with a high quality level. Inspection of attributes such as 100% leak-tightness checks can be integrated into the process.
Parts can even be packed directly at the machine either in poly bags or specially designed trays.
